ICCM Expansion Structural Design by Eids Consultants

The ICCM Expansion Project focuses on expanding and upgrading the Islamic Community Centre of Milton to support the growing needs of the community. Eids Consultants was responsible for providing professional structural design, building expansion planning, and engineering consultancy services for the project.

The development includes new building additions, interior alterations, and exterior façade improvements while maintaining structural safety, functionality, and long-term durability.

The project includes a 50′ × 100′ two-storey rear building addition with a basement, a 7,500 sq. ft second-floor expansion, and a 30′ × 100′ two-storey front building addition for office space. Interior alterations were also planned for the main floor, including the development of a gym area for community activities.

In addition to structural expansion, the project includes redesigning the exterior façade to enhance the architectural appearance of the facility.

The total development area of the project is approximately 30,660 square feet.
